SecurityMetrics provides integrated security tools that makes it simple for your business to implement security, best practices and validate your compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). As a partner to Limo Anywhere, the SecurityMetrics services are provided with your Limo Anywhere Pay merchant account.
How does the process work?
Once your Limo Anywhere Pay account has been established, SecurityMetrics is notified and will create an account for you. You will receive a welcome email from SecurityMetrics (via enroll@securitymetrics.com) to the email address used to establish your LA Pay account. The email will contain the information required to log-in to the account portal and you will be asked to establish a username and password for future log-ins.
Within the portal you will be able to fill out your annual SAQ.

I have received an email from SecurityMetrics asking me to sign up to a PCI program, is this valid?
Yes, you will receive the email shortly after establishing an LA Pay merchant account.

Why is this needed?
As a merchant that accepts credit cards, you are required to comply with the PCI Council’s requirements for processing your payment transactions.
You are required to submit an annual SAQ. An SAQ is a system of questions about PCI DSS security requirements. It’s designed to ensure you’re complying with the PCI Council’s requirements for processing your payment transactions.
The portal helps navigate you through this process and achieve PCI DSS compliance quickly and efficiently.
What are Quarterly Vulnerability Scans?
SecurityMetrics will provide you with the tools to schedule and perform scans on your computer network. Vulnerability scans provide security monitoring and helps to support your self-assessment claims.
What is Breach Protection?
When you become compliant via SecurityMetrics, you are provided with $100,000.00 in data breach coverage.
I use a different 3rd party to help with my compliance, do I still need to use SecurityMetrics?
Yes. SecurityMetrics provides both compliance and compliance management services. If you are using a 3rd party compliance services to help you become compliant, you will still use SecurityMetrics to report and manage your PCI Compliance.
Does the program cost anything?
Yes, there is a $9.95/mo fee for the program on the LA Pay merchant account. If you choose to use a 3rd party compliance services instead, you will still use SecurityMetrics to report your compliance. In this scenario, the monthly fee will not be assessed and you will not have access to compliance tools, vulnerability scans, or breach protection.
How much time do I have to complete the compliance process?
You have 90 days from receipt of the enrollment email to complete the PCI Compliance Program. After 90 days, you are considered PCI Non-compliant.
Is there a PCI Non-compliance fee?
Merchants who are non-compliant are assessed a $29.95 monthly fee. The fee is legally required to assess and intended to encourage merchants to rectify their non-compliance.
What is my LA Pay Merchant ID?
This is the ID that was provided to you upon establishment of the LA Pay account. It is the value entered into your gateway configuration within Limo Anywhere. You can find it within Limo Anywhere under My Office > Payment Gateway, by looking at your gateway configuration. It will be look something like “LimoAnywhere.YourCompanyName.123456”
