Release Notes for May 14th, 2026

The following improvements and bug fixes have been released. Review the changes below to learn what’s new and what has been resolved.

LA Improvements and Bug Fixes:

• Old Dispatch – An issue was noticed with the Old Dispatch, where updates made using the Quick Edit function were not being transferred over on farmed-out reservations to the executor. This issue has now been resolved, and updates made via Quick Edit are correctly synchronized with the executor.
• LA – The operators can now Settle and Reopen the reservations that have entered an undefined state. If all the other conditions have been met, and the reservation won’t settle because of the undefined state, that shouldn’t be a problem anymore.
• LA: Farm-out – If a reservation containing notes has been farmed out, removing those notes on the originator’s side does not remove them on the executor’s side. This issue has now been resolved, and note updates are properly synchronized between both parties.
• LA – After this release, the system will recognize area code 645.
• LA: Custom Invoice Form – When printing a custom form using #INV_PAYMENTS_LIST# for an invoice that includes charges made on a card that has since been deleted from the account, the printed version would not include the last four digits of the card number. This has been fixed now.
• LA – Added a new “Plate Number” field under Additional Affiliate Information. This field is automatically populated with the license plate number of the vehicle assigned by the executing affiliate.
