Release Notes for August 20th, 2026

The following improvements and bug fixes have been released. Review the changes below to learn what’s new and what has been resolved.

LA Improvements and Bug Fixes:

• Zapier – The New Reservation and Updated Reservation Zapier triggers currently return only the first Pickup and first Drop-off in the Trip Routing field. For reservations with multiple Pickups, Drop-offs, and/or Stops, the additional routing information is not exposed by the Zapier integration, even though the complete routing data appears to be available in the API response. With this release, a complete trip routing in Zapier will be visible, including all intermediate Pickups, Drop-offs, and Stops.
• Zapier – Booking Account Number and Passenger Account Number will be available as mappable fields in the New Reservation and Update Reservation actions of the Zapier integration.
• Zapier – The trigger is expected to fire only when a new quote is created, but it is currently also firing when an existing quote is updated or modified. As a result, Zaps configured to run only for newly created quotes can be triggered again when an existing quote is changed, causing unintended automations. This has been fixed now.
• Zapier – An operator has requested an improvement to include the Trip Type field in the data returned by the Zapier New Reservation and Updated Reservation triggers.
  The field should indicate whether the reservation is:
  – In-House
  – Farm In
  – Farm Out
  This will allow customers to create automations based on the reservation’s Trip Type directly in Zapier, without requiring additional logic or API calls.
• Zapier – Currently, when a reservation has multiple Pickups and/or Drop-offs, Zapier only receives the first Pickup and first Drop-off. This limitation applies specifically to Pickup and Drop-off locations; multiple Stops are already being returned/shown correctly. After this release, all Pickup and Drop-off locations will be included in the reservation trigger data and visible in Zapier.
• Zapier – Following this release, all the valid Airport IATA Codes will be recognized by Zapier (DFW, DEN, JFK, ORD, etc.).
• LA Net – At the moment, when a reservation is farmed out from the Originator to the Executor, the Occasion field is transferred successfully, but the Group Name field is not. This has been fixed.
• LA – The IATA code for President Donald J. Trump International Airport has been updated from PBI to DJT.
