New Dispatch – Improvements & Bug Fixes
Session Timeout Modal Update
- The session timeout notification window in New Dispatch has been updated for improved clarity and usability.
Login Redirect Fix After Failed Login Attempt
- Previously, if you accessed New Dispatch via a direct link and entered incorrect login credentials before correcting them, the system would incorrectly redirect you to LA Web instead of returning you to New Dispatch. This has been resolved — you will now be directed to New Dispatch as expected after a successful login.
Limo Anywhere – Improvements & Bug Fixes
R&A Report “Group By” Filter Fix
- An issue in the R&A report where using the “Group By” filter caused some trips to not display has been fixed. All trips will now appear correctly when applying this filter.
Mexicana de Aviación IATA Code Update
- The IATA two-letter designator (XN) has been added for the Mexicana de Aviación airline.
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport Coordinates Updated
- The coordinates for Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) have been updated to ensure accurate location data.
Driver Alias Assignment on Reactivation
- When a driver was reactivated after a period of inactivity, they were not being assigned to any aliases, which prevented them from appearing in the Dispatch dropdown and from being assigned to trips. Going forward, reactivated drivers will automatically be assigned to all applicable aliases.
Payment Request Options Fix for “Other” Payment Subtype
- Several issues related to payment requests have been resolved:
- For operators using Stripe or Square, the “Request a Payment” option was not available when the payment method subtype was set to “Other.” This has been fixed.
- For LA Pay, both the “Request a Payment” and “Card Request” options were unavailable in the same scenario. This has also been resolved.
- An additional issue where two payment gateways appeared in the payment window dropdown has been corrected — only the appropriate gateway will now display.
ORES reCAPTCHA Issue Resolved
- An issue causing a “This site is exceeding reCAPTCHA Enterprise free quota” message to appear in the ORES CAPTCHA window has been resolved. The reCAPTCHA v2 key has been rotated to restore normal functionality.
