Release Notes for April 23rd, 2026

The following improvements and bug fixes have been released. Review the changes below to learn what’s new and what has been resolved.

New Dispatch – Bug Fixes & Improvements

Trackpad Swipe No Longer Triggers Unintended Browser Navigation

• On pages with horizontally scrollable tables — such as the New Dispatch List — swiping left or right on a trackpad could accidentally trigger the browser’s back or forward navigation, causing you to leave the page and lose your current workflow. This has been resolved. Horizontal scrolling within the table now works as intended without interfering with browser navigation.

Dispatch Text Color Now Adjusts Automatically for Readability

• Text inside colored cells in the Dispatch List could become difficult to read when a dark or highly saturated background color was applied. The Dispatch will now automatically switch the text color between black and white based on the cell’s background color, ensuring sufficient contrast and improved readability at all times.

View All Account Info Modal Now Works Correctly

• When hovering over the booking column in Dispatch, a pop-up appears with the option to “View All Account Info.” Clicking this option was opening the account window but displaying an error. This has been resolved — the account information window now opens and loads without error.

“Save Layout as Default” Button Is Now Easier to See

• When you reorder columns directly in the Dispatch, a “Save Layout as Default” button appears allowing you to save the new column layout as your default. The visibility of this button has been improved, making it more noticeable and easier to locate.

Limo Anywhere – Improvements & Bug Fixes

Viewing Archived Trips from Reports Now Works Correctly

• An issue was preventing archived reservations from being accessed through reports. This has been resolved, and archived trips can once again be viewed directly from within your reports.

Zapier: PO/Reference Number and Billing Account Fields Now Supported

• When creating reservations or quote requests through Zapier, the PO/Reference Number and Billing Account fields were not being passed through. These fields are now fully supported in the Zapier “Create Reservation” and “Create Quote Request” actions, allowing you to populate them as expected when automating your workflows.

Aging Report Now Includes Company and Alias Columns (Web page and MS Excel formats)

• When running the Aging Report under “Customer Open Balance Statement,” two new columns — Company and Alias — are now displayed on both the web page and the exported Excel file.

Canadian Area Code 263 Now Recognized

• The Canadian area code 263 has been added to LimoAnywhere’s phone number validation. Phone numbers using this area code will now be recognized and accepted correctly throughout the system.

City Names with Directional Prefixes Now Recognized Correctly

• City names that include directional prefixes — such as North, South, East, or West — were not always being recognized correctly when multiple zones with similar names existed in the system. This has been resolved, and the system will now correctly identify and validate these city names.
