Improvements & Fixes

Invoice Fixes:

Fixed an issue where custom Invoice templates would not load if there is a large number of trips present.

Invoices with 2000 trips and more will now load properly when using the Print option.

New Dispatch:

To have the New Dispatch mimic the old Dispatch, users are now able to hover their mouse over the Driver column to show their number.

We have also fixed an issue when batch editing multiple trips and changing the Drivers did not save correctly on the New Dispatch.
