Uzbekistan Rates Issue

We’ve had reports from operators not being able to set up fixed rates for Toshkent (Uzbekistan). This has now been resolved.

R&A (Reporting And Analytics)

From now on, Operators will be able to see their top 50 customers on the overview of R&A (Reporting and Analytics)

New Dispatch UI Improvements

• We have improved how batch edit selection in Dispatch works. Previously, if batch edit is enabled, clicking on anywhere in the row would select the trip, and clicking on another trip would automatically enable the Batch Edit menu.

  Now we have limited opening Batch Edit menu only if users select the trip by clicking on the checkbox.

• For LA BLACK operators, 3 new columns will be available. These columns are already available in Dispatch Monitor and will be available in New Dispatch too:

  • ETA to Pickup Location (Dispatch Monitor’ETA to Spot’ column)

  • SPOT Time ETA (Dispatch monitor ‘Time to Spare’ column)

  • Traffic

  If drivers will be late to spot time, the cell column will be highlighted in orange.

  Attention flags, such as ‘Status Warning’ and ‘Spot Warning’ will also be visible in trip attention flags section.
