Getting Started
The New Dispatch is a modernized interface designed to give operators a cleaner, more powerful view of their trip board. To access it, use the link below:
List & Map View
The Dispatch Grid offers two primary viewing modes you can toggle on the right side of the screen:
List View
Displays all trips matching your selected criteria in a familiar row-based grid.
Map View
Plots the same trips on a live map, pinpointing each pick-up location for quick visual reference.

When a trip is selected on the grid, you can see the familiar row alongside a map pointing to the pick-up address in real time.

Details & Edit Panel
When you select a trip, three action tabs appear on the right panel in addition to Map view:
View all key trip information including account info, routing, pick-up date/time, vehicle type, status, grand total, and driver assignment.
A combined Quick Edit and Detailed Edit opened by double-clicking a trip row. Edit any available field and update the trip with full functionality.
The new ‘Edit function is ‘Quick Edit’ and ‘detailed Edit’ combined. It’s opened by double-clicking on the trip row. With this edit option, you have a much better view and easier access to update or change something on the trip. Basically, the new Edit offers full functionality. The operator should be able to edit any field available on the Edit screen and update the trip successfully
Attn (Attention)
View flagged trip details and reasons — see the Attention Flags section below.
Attention Flags
Attention Flags help operators instantly spot trips with special requirements — such as a Meet & Greet, child seat, or missing flight number, etc — directly on the dispatch board.
Setting Up Attention Flags
-
Open Dispatch Settings
Click the three dots (⋮) in the upper-right corner of the Dispatch screen.
-
Navigate to Company Flags
Go to Dispatch Settings → Company Flags.
-
Select Your Flags
Choose any number of flag conditions you want the system to monitor. There is no limit on how many flags you can track.

Using Attention Flags on the Dispatch Board
- Trips meeting a flagged condition display a red exclamation mark (❗) in the Attention column.
- Click the Attention tab on the right panel to see the full details and reasons for the flag.
- The Attention tab also shows a count of currently flagged trips — click it to filter and view only those trips.

Filters
The Filter function lets operators narrow down the trip list quickly and precisely. Filters are built using three fields that work together:
| Field | Purpose | Example Values |
|---|---|---|
| Column | Choose what you’re searching by | Conf#, Status, PU Date, PU Time, DO Time, Trip Type… |
| Operator | Define how to match the value | Contains, Does Not Contain, Equals, Starts With, Ends With… |
| Value | Enter the specific data to match | “30000” (exact trip), “100” (all Conf#s containing 100) |

Saving & Managing Filter Presets
You can save commonly used filter combinations as Presets or Tabs for quick access in the future:
- Multiple filters can be combined in a single search.
- Saved Presets appear immediately in the Filter dropdown for fast reuse.
- Saved Tabs create a persistent tab on the dispatch board for one-click access.
- Share preset filters with your team so everyone has consistent, fast access.
