Improvements and Fixes

  • Request a Card: We have added new tags to our latest feature, Request a Card, for scheduled messaging. The tags are as follows:
    • #CARDREQUESTACCOUNT#, which saves the Card on the customer’s Account.
    • #CARDREQUESTTRIP#, which saves the Card on the trip.
    • #CARDREQUESTINVOICE#which saves the Card on the invoice.
  • We have also fixed an issue where customers, when submitting their card via the Request a Card link would receive an error.
  • Dispatch Grid: A new update for the Dispatch Grid. When a  user searches for a trip on the Grid via “Quick Search Within Grid” or filters from “Advanced Search” options, the following has been changed:
    • If a trip is edited and still matches the search criteria, it will stay on the Grid.
    • If a trip is edited and does not match the criteria, it will not stay on the Grid.
  • We have also fixed an issue where operators were getting “Error loading grid. Please retry” when settling reservations on the grid with a Manual refresh or 10 minute refresh.

Other Fixes:

We have fixed the following issues with this release:

  • Issue with Reservation Log showing “Invalid Date” for operators on IOS devices (Safari as the browser). Reservation Log will now show the correct Date and Time.
  • Sales Revenue Report performance has been increased and improved for reports with filters: Billing Contact, Company, Car.
  • Deleted trips no longer show up for clients when they log in to their ORES account. They previously showed up under Completed Rides and were presented like Completed Trips. This is no longer the case and Deleted trips will no longer show up for users in ORES.
