1 – System Error
An error within the Limo Anywhere PAY system has occurred that prevented the successful processing of the request. Try again.
10 – Validation Error
The request did not pass validation and could not be processed.
20 – Transaction Not Found
The transaction referenced by the request was not found.
21 – Resource Not Found
The resource referenced by the request was not found.
22 – Duplicate RequestId
The Request ID provided in the request has already been used for the merchant.
25 – Terminal Already In Use
The Terminal on which the transaction was attempted is already in use.
29 – Removed From Batch Capture Required
A failure occurred during the adjustment attempt that left the transaction outside of a batch. A new capture operation must be performed to add the transaction back to a batch.
30 – Message Format Error
This shows up when a 3 digit CVV security code is used for an American Express (AMEX) card. AMEX CVV/security codes are 4 digits long.
150 – Reversal Options Not Available
The reversal option requested cannot be performed on the transaction provided.
160 – Decline For Address Verification System (AVS) or Card Verification Value (CVV)
The transaction was declined due to the AVS and CVV requirements.
161 – Decline For Address Verification System (AVS)
The transaction was declined due to the AVS requirements.
162 – Decline For CVV
The transaction was declined due to the Card Verification Value (CVV) requirements.
163 – Account Blacklisted
The account used has been flagged as a bad account on the Limo Anywhere Pay blacklist.
300 – Configuration Error
There is a configuration error within the Limo Anywhere Pay.
400 – Communication Error
There has been a communication error with an external system that caused the processing of the request to fail.
999 – Authentication Failure
The credentials provided are invalid or the user does not have permission for action requested.
1007 – Processor DCC Requested
A Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) Requested response was received from the processor. The transaction is being attempted in a different currency than the cardholder card supports.
1020 – Processor Decline
The card issuer has declined to process the transaction. Cardholders may contact the card issuer for more information.
1021 – Expired Card
The card issuer has declined the transaction because the card is expired or the expiration date provided is invalid.
1023 – Processor Duplicate
The processor has determined the transaction is a duplicate by their rules.
1024 – Processor Pickup Card
The card issuer has decided to decline the transaction and has requested that the merchant pick up the card from the cardholder.
1025 – Processor Referral Call Issuer
The card issuer has requested that the cardholder call the card issuer to discuss the transaction and to verbally authorize the approval of the transaction.
1030 – Processor Balance Not Available
The card issuer has declined the transaction because the balance is not available on the card account to support the transaction.
1090 – Processor Undefined Decline or Error
The card issuer has declined the transaction for an undefined reason or some error occurred during the card issuers processing of the transaction.
1101 – Processor Invalid Data
The processor considers the data inside the request invalid.
1102 – Processor Invalid Account
There is an incorrect configuration with Limo Anywhere Pay.
1103 – Processor Invalid Request
The processor considers the request that was sent invalid.
1104 – Processor Authorization Failed
The processor responded with a failed authorization.
1105 – Processor Not Allowed
Card number or card type submitted is invalid. The Merchant may not be configured for the submitted card type.
1120 – Processor Out of Balance
This error should not occur because this error only occurs on merchant-initiated batch closes which are not supported.
2001 – Processor Communication Error
The processor experienced an error trying to communicate with the card issuer and the transaction request could not be processed. It is possible that the cardholder will see an open authorization if they view their card statement online after this error; however, the transaction has been voided and will not settle.
2002 – Processor Host Error
The card issuer experienced an error trying to process the transaction request. It is possible that the cardholder will see an open authorization if they view their card statement online after this error; however, the transaction has been voided and will not settle.
2009 – Processor Error
The processor or the card issuer experienced an error attempting to process the request and the transaction request was not processed.
2999 – Processor Unknown Response
The processor sent an unknown error response.
