Improvements & Fixes

• Previously, when the same rate line was used for both Master Account Gratuity and Miscellaneous Fees, the Miscellaneous Fee would override the Master Account Gratuity. This should not be the case, and has since been resolved.

• Previously, when adding an additional passenger, the operator would have to re-click the field to enter additional passengers. To streamline the process of adding multiple passengers, the cursor now automatically focuses on the ‘First Name’ field after an additional passenger is added.

• The Primary/Secondary Vehicle column in R&A reports now includes the vehicle car code, providing more detailed and consistent reporting.

• The Driver Payroll report (R&A) now includes the Pay Schedule Name column for enhanced payroll visibility.

• Previously, R&A reports allowed to selected “Unassigned” as a filter, recognizing it as the “state” of the reservation.  This has been fixed.

• Resolved an issue where the Miscellaneous Fee appeared even when the Master Account Gratuity amount was applied. The display now correctly reflects the applied rate.

• Fixed an issue where if an executing affiliate canceled a farmed-out trip and settled it, the originating affiliate lost the ability to send updates to a newly assigned executor.
