Batch Payments Now Available
We’re excited to introduce Batch Payments.

Within the ‘Settle’ tab, operators will now see the following three tabs:

  • Payments Needed
  • Ready to Settle
  • Settled Reservations

‘Payments Needed’ Tab – How It Works:

This tab displays reservations that meet settlement criteria but still require payment. Here’s how trips are displayed:

  • Trips that are done/canceled, unsettled, unpaid, payment method is not ‘Direct Bill/Invoice’ and do not have credit card selected.
  • Alternative Payment Methods (e.g., Cash, Barter, Voucher): These must be paid manually before being moved to the Ready to Settle tab. They are not eligible for batch payment and their checkboxes will appear grayed out.
  • Trips Needing Credit Card Selection: Trips using credit card methods (Visa, AMEX, etc.) but missing a selected card. These become eligible for batch payments once a card is assigned.
  • Credit Card-Ready Trips: These already have a credit card selected and are immediately eligible for batch processing.

Eligible trips will show a checkbox for selection. Operators can choose trips individually or use the “Select All” option.
Clicking “Batch Payments – Capture Selected Trips” opens a summary popup for review before submission.

Improvements & Fixes:

  • Sales Revenue Report (Main Reports – By Driver)

Resolved a loading issue affecting both the web view and Excel export. Reports now load and export as expected.

  •  Quick Reservation Widget – Address Validation Fixed

The embedded Quick Res Widget now correctly validates addresses before submission.

  •  PWA – Location Services Fix

When browser location services were disabled, the Passenger Web App (PWA) failed to validate addresses—preventing ride bookings. This issue has been fixed. Address suggestions now work regardless of location permissions.

  • Partner Trip Modifications via GroundSpan/GRiDD

Emails sent after trip modifications now reflect updated routing details (e.g., new flight number, drop-off address).

  •  Currency Symbol Update for UAE Dirham

The symbol for United Arab Emirates Dirham has been updated to AED throughout the platform for consistency and accuracy.
