Browser Maintenance

Regular maintenance on your fleet of vehicles is required to provide reliable and exemplary service to your customers. Limo Anywhere operates from within your web browser, there are maintenance actions that should be regularly performed in order for Limo Anywhere to perform at its best. Most of these maintenance tasks take only a few moments and are easily performed. No wrenches required!
One of the most important maintenance tasks for Limo Anywhere is Clearing the Browser Cache and clearing Browser Cookies.
Cache (pronounced “cash”) is a temporary storage place inside the computer, where the browser stores the files that are downloaded when a website is visited on the internet. The purpose of the cache is to facilitate faster loading of web pages that were previously visited. Sometimes the cache repository may become full and/or hold files that may be outdated. Cache is great for most websites, but not web applications where data is frequently updated.Certain updates require for the cache to be cleared in order for the updated code to be loaded properly. Therefore, it is best to clear your browser cache regularly to ensure proper operation of Limo Anywhere as updates are released quite frequently. Although clearing your cache at least once a month should be sufficient, we may, from time to time, request that you clear your cache once an update has been released. Below are instructions on how to clear the cache in the most popular browsers.
Cookies are very small files that are sent from a website and are stored in the user’s web browser. Cookies help manage how a user accesses a website. It helps to clear these out every now and then to make sure you are accessing the website as it is intended to be accessed.
