- Identify the status to trigger monitoring for final drop-off.
- Example status: ‘customer and car’ (indicating the customer is in the vehicle and en route to drop-off).

- Select how to trigger final approach notifications:
- Account-based notifications: Notifications based on the account linked to the trip.
- Wildcard addresses: Notifications for any trip going to a specific address.
- Wildcard zones: Notifications for trips within a defined mappable area.
3. Set Up SMS Notifications 1:02
- Create the SMS message to be sent when the vehicle is approaching drop-off.
- Example message: ‘Your guest is 10 minutes away from dropping off.’
- Use placeholders for personalization (e.g., passenger’s first name).
4. Configure Account-Level Notifications 1:41
- For account-level notifications:
- Enter the drop-off address.
- Specify the time frame for alerts (default is 10 minutes).

- Enter the phone number to receive the SMS alert when the vehicle is 10 minutes away.
