- Dispatch Screen
After sorting the dispatch grid by a column and leaving the screen idle for about 15 minutes, simply opening and closing the Send Email dialog would reset the sort order.
This behavior has now been fixed, alongside with the issue of reservations not staying selected when using Quick Edit, Detailed Edit, Edit Routing, Edit Reservation, etc.
We have also fixed an issue where the dispatch board would scroll back to the top after editing a trip (e.g., Edit Routing, Edit Reservation, Copy Trip, or Settle).
- Dispatch Grid
Any update (new booking or trip edit) previously caused the reservation to jump to the top of the dispatch grid, regardless of chronological order.
We’ve resolved this issue, and reservations will now remain sorted by time or the selected criteria after updates.
- Time Zone Handling for Rejected Modifications
When a trip was farmed out to a partner and the executing affiliate rejected a modification, the time zone of the trip could revert to UTC or the executing partner’s time zone instead of remaining in the original one.
This behavior has been corrected—time zones will now remain consistent with the originating affiliate’s settings.
- Sales Revenue Report
Operators downloading the Sales Revenue Report in Excel format noticed that column order changed with each download.
We’ve fixed this inconsistency—column ordering will now remain consistent across all downloads for improved reliability and reporting accuracy.
- Operator Notifications
Operators who had Messaging Manager installed but didn’t have ‘SMS Provider’ set to ‘Limo Anywhere’ experienced issues where operator notifications failed to send.
This issue has been resolved.
