New Features

Native Payroll — Plus

A built-in payroll calculation engine that lets you define custom pay rules and automatically calculate driver compensation for any pay period.

What you can do:

  • Create pay rules based on trip characteristics — flat rate, per-mile, per-hour, percentage of trip revenue, and more
  • Stack multiple rules per trip (e.g., base rate + mileage bonus + night differential)
  • Set up trip chaining rules for back-to-back trips with deadhead mile compensation
  • Assign rule sets to individual drivers or use company-wide defaults
  • Calculate payroll for any date range with one click

Calculation types available: Flat rate, per-mile, per-mile (over threshold), per-hour, per-hour (night), per-hour (day), per-hour (waiting), per-stop, per-passenger, per-kilometer, percentage of trip, percentage of subtotal, percentage of gratuity, percentage of rate field, and compound calculations.

How to get started: Open Payroll from your sidebar navigation to configure your pay rules and rule sets.

SMS Masking — Plus

A privacy feature that routes driver-passenger text messages through your company’s SMS phone number, so neither party sees the other’s personal number.

What you can do:

  • Use your connected SMS provider phone number as the masking relay — drivers and passengers text your company number instead of each other directly
  • Notify both driver and passenger when the masking number is active
  • Configure which trip types use masking — in-house, farm-in, and farm-out trips each have their own toggle
  • Set custom message prefixes so recipients know who’s texting
  • Define when masking activates and deactivates relative to the trip, with minute-level granularity
  • Set up separate connection notification templates for drivers and passengers, customizable per trip type
  • For farm-in and farm-out trips, optionally choose affiliate-specific statuses that trigger masking start and end

How to get started: Open SMS Masking from your sidebar navigation to enable and configure the feature.

Unified Communications Inbox — A La Carte

A centralized inbox that brings all customer conversations — SMS and email — into one place.

What you can do:

  • View all inbound messages in a single two-panel interface
  • See full conversation threads with message history
  • Assign conversations to specific team members for follow-up
  • Add internal notes visible only to your team
  • Reply to customers directly from the inbox

How to get started: Go to Communications > Subscriptions. The inbox is accessible from your main navigation once enabled.

Compliance Notifications — Plus

Automated alerts that notify you when driver or vehicle compliance documents are approaching expiration.

What you can do:

  • Set up rules that trigger based on document expiration dates
  • Automatically send SMS or email reminders to drivers
  • Notify administrators when documents need attention
  • Configure how far in advance alerts should fire (e.g., 30, 60, 90 days before expiration)
  • Separate rules for driver documents and vehicle documents

How to get started: Open Compliance > Driver Compliance or Aff Compliance from your sidebar navigation and configure reminders and notification rules for expiring documents.

QuickBooks Payment Sync — Plus

Automatically sync your trip charges and payments to QuickBooks Online for seamless accounting.

What you can do:

  • Map LimoAnywhere rate items to QuickBooks products and services
  • Automatically create invoices in QuickBooks from trip billing data
  • Sync payments including reference numbers and payment notes
  • Configure nightly sync to keep your books up to date
  • Set up invoice numbering options that match your accounting workflow

How to get started: Open QuickBooks from your sidebar navigation to connect your QuickBooks Online account and configure sync settings. A setup wizard is available to guide you through the process.

Daily Reports — All Tiers

A flexible reporting tool for tracking billing activity by date range, feature type, and transaction type.

What you can do:

  • Generate detailed reports of charges and credits by date range
  • Filter by feature type to understand usage costs
  • Export to CSV for reconciliation with your accounting system

How to get started: Once enabled, Daily Reports will appear under Reports in your sidebar navigation.

Monthly Trip Billing Report — All Tiers

A detailed per-trip billing report that breaks down every charge on every trip for a given month.

What you can do:

  • View per-trip billing detail with full charge column decomposition — each LimoAnywhere rate item gets its own column
  • Filter by month using pickup date or date created
  • Filter by account name or account number
  • Exclude cancelled or farm-out trips with one click
  • See routing details, additional passengers, garage out/in times, and in-car duration
  • Export to Excel, CSV, or print directly from the report

How to get started: Open Reports > Monthly Trip Billing from your sidebar navigation.

Driver Duty Status — Plus

Track which drivers are on duty and which vehicle they’re using, with mobile-friendly status updates.

What you can do:

  • Send drivers a link to confirm their on-duty or off-duty status
  • See which vehicle each driver has selected for their shift
  • Filter by trip status and affiliate
  • Customize the SMS notification templates sent to drivers

Enhancements

Screen Pop — DialPad Support — Plus

Screen pop now supports DialPad phone systems in addition to RingCentral and generic integrations. When a customer calls, their trip and passenger information automatically appears on the dispatcher’s screen.

How to set up: Open Screen Pop from your sidebar navigation and select DialPad as your manufacturer.

GPS Integrations — QAT GPS and Novafleet — All Tiers

Two new GPS tracking integrations are available for fleet management:

  • QAT GPS — Sync vehicle positions from your QAT GPS account for real-time dispatch tracking
  • Novafleet — Connect your Novafleet fleet tracking system for live vehicle location data

How to set up: Open GPS from your sidebar navigation and configure your QAT or Novafleet credentials.

NYC TLC Compliance — Black

Automated nightly compliance checks for NYC TLC-licensed drivers and vehicles.

What you can do:

  • Verify TLC licensing and certification documents are current
  • Get email alerts when documents are approaching expiration
  • Optionally auto-disable non-compliant drivers in LimoAnywhere
  • Configure alert thresholds (days before expiration)

Bulk Import and Email Parser Improvements — All Tiers

The AI-assisted bulk import tool now includes enhanced batch tracking, improved error handling, and better manifest linking.

What’s improved:

  • Full batch tracking — see which trips were created from each import session
  • Better column mapping with smarter AI suggestions
  • Email parsers for airline confirmations (Delta, United, JetBlue, Southwest, and more) now extract trip details more accurately
  • Improved error messages and validation during import

LimoAnywhere Webhook Sync — All Tiers

Real-time data sync from LimoAnywhere has been expanded significantly. New webhook types include:

  • Drivers
  • Vehicles and Fleet
  • Service Types
  • Payment Methods
  • System Users
  • Statuses
  • Affiliates
  • Occasions
  • Points of Interest
  • Payment Gateways

This means changes made in LimoAnywhere are now reflected in AddOns almost instantly, rather than waiting for the next cron sync cycle.

GroundXchange Improvements — A La Carte

  • Better status tracking for network trips
  • Improved inspection report handling
  • Field change tracking so you can see exactly what changed on a trip update

Mileage and Hourly Rate Sheets — A La Carte (LQC)

Rate sheets now support mileage-based and hourly pricing for accounts and vehicle categories, giving you more flexible pricing options for different customer accounts.

Airport Link SMS messages can now be triggered by a trip status change instead of a fixed time before pickup. This gives dispatchers more control over when passengers receive their airport portal link.

What you can do:

  • Choose between time-based (X minutes before trip start) or status-based triggers
  • Select one or more statuses from a multi-select list (e.g., “Assigned”, “On The Way”)
  • SMS sends immediately when a trip changes to any of the selected statuses
  • Existing per-portal trip type restrictions (in-house, farm-out, farm-in) still apply
  • Available SMS template variables are now shown directly on the settings page

How to set up: Open Airport Passenger Assistance from your sidebar navigation, select “On Status Change” under Trigger, choose your statuses, and save.

Airport Link can now automatically match pickup instructions to the correct terminal and pickup type (curbside vs. meet & greet) — no manual selection needed per reservation in LimoAnywhere.

What you can do:

  • Configure different pickup instructions for each terminal at an airport
  • Set separate instructions for curbside pickups and meet & greet pickups
  • Use the new %AIRPORT-TERMINAL-INSTRUCTIONS% SMS variable to automatically include the correct instructions in the passenger’s text message
  • Instructions are auto-matched based on flight data from the trip — no dispatcher action required

How to set up: Open Airport Passenger Assistance, edit a portal, and scroll to the Terminal Instructions section to configure instructions per terminal.

Extended Ad Platform Click Tracking — A La Carte (LQC)

Lead forms now capture click IDs from 13 additional advertising platforms, giving you better attribution data for your marketing campaigns.

Newly tracked platforms: Google (gbraid, wbraid, gad_source, gad_campaignid, gclsrc), DoubleClick (dclid), Bing UET (uet), TikTok (ttclid), LinkedIn (li_fat_id), Twitter/X (twclid), Reddit (rdt_cid), Snapchat (sccid), and Pinterest (epik).

These fields are captured automatically on all lead forms — no configuration needed.

Airport Portal Text Color — Plus

Airport booking portals now support custom text colors, allowing you to better match your brand styling.

Performance Improvements

Behind the scenes, this release includes significant database optimizations that improve speed for:

  • LimoAnywhere sync — Faster credit card and customer account syncing
  • Screen pop — Faster caller ID lookup when dispatchers receive calls
  • Phone number search — Faster results when looking up contacts by phone number
  • Wake-up calls and checkpoints — More efficient scheduling queries
  • Marketing funnel — Page load reduced from 1000+ queries to ~10 for faster analytics

These improvements are most noticeable for larger operations with high trip volumes.
