Enhancements
Screen Pop — Phone.com Support — Plus
Screen pop now supports Phone.com phone systems in addition to RingCentral, DialPad, and generic integrations. When a customer calls, their trip and passenger information automatically appears on the dispatcher’s screen.
How to set up: Open Screen Pop from your sidebar navigation and select Phone.com as your manufacturer.
GPS Integration — KeepTruckin Rebranded to Motive — Black
The KeepTruckin GPS integration has been renamed to Motive throughout the system to reflect the provider’s rebrand. The API endpoint has been updated to Motive’s new domain. No action is required — your existing GPS configuration will continue to work automatically.
Promo Codes in Lead-Quote-Close — A La Carte (LQC)
Employees can now apply promo codes during manual quote creation in the Lead-Quote-Close workflow. When building a quote, a promo code field validates in real-time and applies the discount directly to vehicle prices with a full breakdown display. Safeguards prevent the discount from being applied twice if the customer later views the quote.
How to use: When creating or editing a quote in Lead-Quote-Close, enter a promo code in the new promo field. The discount is validated and applied immediately to the vehicle pricing breakdown.
SMS Masking — Plus
SMS Masking is now available for Plus and Black customers. This feature keeps driver and passenger phone numbers anonymous by routing all SMS communications through your existing Messaging Manager phone number.

Address Place Lookup — All Tiers
A new Place Lookup button has been added to the address edit screen. It searches for matching places using the LimoAnywhere Geo API and returns the top 5 results with full address components, allowing you to quickly populate or correct address fields.
How to use: Click the Place Lookup button when editing an address, search for the location, and select from the results to auto-fill the address fields.
Automatic Quote Expiration — A La Carte (LQC)
Quotes now expire automatically via the system’s background cron process. Previously, expired quotes were only marked as expired when someone visited the page. Now, quote expiration happens on schedule without any manual intervention.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Billing Report: Account dropdown now uses searchable Select2 with company names and individual account numbers. In Car column shows timestamp instead of duration. Additional Passengers count now excludes the primary passenger.
- Chatbot Widget: Security and UX overhaul — Improved mobile responsiveness, faster animations, and better close button visibility.
- Quoting: Fixed mile inclusion minute overage calculation where hours/minutes unit mismatch caused undercharges.
- GroundXchange: Fixed passenger data wipe caused by LimoAnywhere PATCH requests breaking account linkage on GX trips.
- Address Distance Cache: Distance cache now auto-purges when an address latitude/longitude is changed.
- Geocoding: Added fallback providers when LimoAnywhere geocoding fails, improving address resolution reliability.
- Shuttle Email: Added support for overriding the “from” email address in shuttle notifications via system flag.
- Lead-Quote-Close: Inactive vehicles no longer appear as available options when quoting.
- Lead-Quote-Close: Fixed promo code being applied twice when manually saving a quote.
- Reports: Fixed dead “By State” navigation link that pointed to a non-existent path.
- Passenger Link: UI refresh and security fix for XSS vulnerability on query string output.
