Release Notes for July 23rd, 2026

The following improvements and bug fixes have been released. Review the changes below to learn what’s new and what has been resolved.

LA Improvements and Bug Fixes:

• LA – The safeguard for operators to send duplicate emails has been reduced from 30 to 5 minutes. Users can resend an email if 1 of these conditions has been fulfilled:
  – After 5 minutes have passed since the previous email was sent.
  – By changing the recipient’s email address in the Email/Fax Confirmation window.
  – By updating specific reservation details
• LA – If the operator has the setting to not auto-accept inbound reservations and put them in the Online & eFarm-in, trips received through GroundXchange will have the account’s default rental agreement applied. and it will not fall back on the default rental agreement.
