New Features

Screen Pop Setup Wizard — Plus

A new guided Screen Pop setup wizard walks you through everything needed to get caller information popping up on your team’s screens: choosing your phone provider, pulling in your phone numbers and extensions, assigning dispatchers, and installing the Chrome Extension.

What you get:

  • The wizard opens automatically the first time you turn Screen Pop on, and a Start/Re-run Setup Wizard banner sits on the settings page whenever you want to go through it again
  • Step 4 can email each dispatcher their own Chrome Extension setup instructions, so you don’t have to walk each person through it individually
  • Screen Pop also does an even better job surfacing a caller’s recent and upcoming trips, including callers whose history spans more than one profile

How to get started: Turn on Screen Pop and the wizard will launch, or use the banner on the Screen Pop settings page.

Confirmation & Card Capture Setup Wizard — Plus

A new Setup Wizard builds a complete Confirmation & Card Capture configuration from start to finish in a single guided flow. Choose a simple waiver setup or a full online-booking setup, and set everything in one place instead of working through the full configuration screen field by field.

Also new here:

  • The default customer confirmation page has been refreshed with a cleaner, mobile-friendly look and handy Add-to-Calendar buttons
  • You can now let customers type their full name instead of drawing a signature — helpful for anyone who finds drawing on a screen awkward, especially on a laptop with no touchscreen. Drawing stays the default, and the typed option stays off until you switch it on
  • The customer waiver now collects the card security code (CVV) for accounts using LA Pay, improving credit card acceptance

How to get started: Find it under Confirmation & Card Capture, then click Start Setup Wizard.

Passwordless Shuttle Sign-In — A La Carte

A new passwordless option for shuttle services. Passengers register once and their device remembers them — no password to create or forget. If they ever need to sign in again, we email them a one-click link.

Additional shuttle improvements:

  • Shuttle passengers now stay signed in across visits, so they get asked to identify themselves far less often
  • Passengers can add your shuttle booking page to their phone home screen and open it like an app, with your own icon and name — turn it on in the Booking settings for your shuttle service
  • Shuttle route maps now load when you click “Show route map”, so the route setup screen opens faster

How to get started: Contact support to turn passwordless sign-in on for your service.

Company Location Branding — All Tiers

Company locations now have a Branding tab where you can upload a logo for that location, see a preview of it, and remove it. That logo then flows through to manifests and other customer-facing documents for trips run out of that location.

How to get started: Open any location under Locations and choose Branding.

Final Approach — Email Alerts & Rules — Black

Final Approach can now reach your account contacts by email as well as text message, set per account, address, or zone. It can also trigger your own automation rules — add email, text, or webhook actions to the new “Final Approach” trigger in the Rules engine to build on top of the built-in alerts.

Additional refinements:

  • The Wildcard Zones list now shows each zone’s name and its Minutes Out value, with a few unused columns tidied away for a clearer view
  • Drop-off address filters now recognize more of the ways the same address can be written, so arrival alerts start reliably even when a saved address has the city and state included in the street line

How to get started: Configure both under your Final Approach settings.

Automatic App Setup for New Drivers — All Tiers

New drivers can now be set up with your AddOns mobile apps automatically. Choose which apps each new driver should have — Master App, DVIR, Trip Portal, and the rest — and they’ll be waiting in the AddOns section of DriverAnywhere (DA4) as soon as the driver is added. Apps an administrator has deliberately revoked are never re-granted.

How to get started: Set your defaults on the App Permissions page.

New Lead Notification After Personal Details — A La Carte – Black

A new automation trigger fires the moment a customer finishes entering their personal details. This is designed for shorter lead forms that collect contact information after showing vehicles, where the New Lead email previously went out at lead creation with nothing in it.

There’s a matching option for the built-in new-lead notification, so you can have it sent once the customer has entered their details rather than arriving blank.

How to get started: Find it with the New Lead email options in your Lead Quote Close settings, or add a rule using the new trigger.

Improvements

QuickBooks & Accounting

This release contains a substantial round of QuickBooks work:

  • Reservation numbers on sales receipts — sales receipts sent to QuickBooks can now carry your LimoAnywhere reservation number, which makes matching up daily deposits much quicker. Choose how it’s numbered under Accounting > QuickBooks > Sales Receipt Numbering — use the reservation number, add an “LA-” prefix, or let QuickBooks keep assigning its own. The reservation number can also be sent to the receipt’s “Reference no.” field. Existing setups keep their current numbering until you change it.
  • Tax rate control — choose which tax rate is applied to invoices sent to QuickBooks, giving companies outside the US more control over how VAT and GST are handled.
  • Send an invoice or trip yourself — a new option lets you push an individual invoice or trip to QuickBooks on demand from your QuickBooks screens, and we check QuickBooks first so nothing gets duplicated. Any payments already recorded against that invoice can go across at the same time, so it shows as settled rather than outstanding.
  • Discounts on their own line — discounted invoices now show the discount as a separate line in QuickBooks, so totals line up with what you see in your reservation system.
  • Large invoices carry every trip — invoices covering a large number of trips now bring all of them through.
  • Searchable product pickers — the QuickBooks product pickers on the accounting settings screen are now searchable; just start typing to find a product in a long list. The product and service list also loads your full catalog when mapping rate items, so accounts with a large number of products see all of them.
  • Cleaner Rate Item Mapping — a refined “Add Rate Item Mapping” layout lets you pick the rate items and the QuickBooks product to group them under, with a searchable product picker for large catalogs.
  • Clearer sync screens — more detail on the QuickBooks sync screens, so if an invoice needs your attention it’s clearer what to do next.

Custom Reservation Manifests

  • Create a manifest in seconds — enter the group and we fill in the name, set the report dates from that group’s trips, and take care of the rest of the settings. Everything else is tucked under Advanced options whenever you want to change it.
  • Template manifests — nominate one manifest as the starting point for new ones, so your logo, colours and column layout carry over automatically. Just tick the box when editing that manifest.
  • Pick a logo you’ve already uploaded instead of finding and uploading the same file again, with a preview so you can see which one you’re choosing. Manifest logos can also be cleared, in which case the manifest falls back to your account or company logo automatically.
  • Location names in Routing — display each stop’s location name (such as a hotel or venue) above its address. Enable it by setting “Show Location Names in Routing?” to Yes when editing a manifest.
  • Live manifests can keep trips that are already underway on screen — set how far back to look under the manifest’s Dynamic Range settings.
  • Manifests open faster, especially larger ones filtered to an account.

Dispatch & Fleet

  • Live ETA from the driver app — Dispatch Monitor now shows live ETA and spot times for trips where the driver is sharing their location through the driver app, even when the vehicle has no built-in GPS device.
  • Affiliate driver and vehicle on farm-out trips now display on the Dispatch Monitor instead of showing blank.
  • Company Location vs Vehicle Location — vehicle setup now keeps Company Location (which of your locations operates the vehicle) separate from Vehicle Location (where it sits between trips), so a vehicle assigned to a driver holds on to its company location for permissions and reporting. Both are set on the vehicle list and the vehicle edit screen under Vehicles.
  • The vehicle edit screen and vehicle list now flag vehicles kept by a driver based at a different company location, and point out vehicles with no company location set alongside the one their driver works from. These are on-screen notes only — nothing changes unless you pick it and save.
  • Driver and vehicle authorization screens now list only active vehicles, so retired cars no longer crowd the grid. Anything already recorded for a retired vehicle is kept as-is, and reappears if you make that vehicle active again.
  • Filtering authorization screens by location now narrows the vehicles as well as the drivers, and the location list includes locations that have vehicles but no drivers assigned yet.
  • Samsara setup now reminds you to enable Write access on the Vehicle Statistics scope so the connection works the first time.

Booking, Quoting & Lead Forms

  • Faster lead forms — embedded lead forms load noticeably faster on your website, the website chat widget is lighter on initial page load, and the horizontal booking form in particular has had a significant speed-up.
  • Location biasing — new pick-up and drop-off location biasing options focus address suggestions on your service area.
  • Signed-in customers are recognized — customers who book through the quick booking forms have their request linked to their existing account automatically.
  • Smarter address search — suggestions now wait until you’ve typed a few letters, so the field no longer jumps to a single guess after one character.
  • Clearer availability messaging — request a specific vehicle type that isn’t available for your date and time and you’ll see a clear availability message instead of the full vehicle list.
  • Deleted reservations no longer make a vehicle’s time slot look unavailable when quoting a new trip.
  • Promo code discounts now apply correctly across bookings with multiple vehicles, with each vehicle reflecting its own discount.
  • Smoother checkout — if something on the payment step still needs attention you’re taken straight back to it, and the billing address is easier to enter by hand.
  • Custom booking portals now prompt for billing country (improving international card acceptance), accept only valid digits and lengths for the card security code, correctly show your customized label for the booking contact’s last name, and can set their own default trip status independent of your Lead Quote Close setting — so portal trips can skip the eFarm-in tab and go straight to New Reservations.
  • P.O. Box billing addresses are easier to enter, using a single Address Line field on the manual billing address.
  • Online deposit collection now extends to Stripe connections set up through LimoAnywhere.
  • Card payments through LA Pay now reliably prompt for a billing zip code.
  • Manual trip booking deposits consistently follow your chosen authorization setting.

Lead Quote Close Menu & Navigation

  • The Lead Quote Close menu has a new look. Pages are organized into groups with a search box at the top, so getting to the page you want takes less hunting — and it takes up much less room at the top of the screen, leaving more space for the page itself.
  • Opening a lead, a manual quote, or a trip’s communications tab is considerably faster, particularly on accounts with a long history of automated rule activity.

Accessibility

A broad accessibility pass ran across the customer-facing booking and waiver flows this release:

  • Keyboard access — thirteen controls on the booking forms could not previously be reached from a keyboard at all, including primary booking decisions like Transfer vs Hourly and One Way vs Round Trip. All are now fully keyboard-operable, and the waiver/booking wizard can be completed end-to-end without a mouse, with focus following the customer through each step.
  • Screen reader support — address autocomplete is now a proper combobox that announces suggestions, dropdowns and promo-code controls have accessible names, and the branded ribbon logo carries alt text.
  • Pinch-zoom is no longer blocked on phones.
  • Colour contrast — the default primary button and the lead-form text colour were both adjusted so text stays readable, including on tenants using a dark form background.
  • Card fields on the waiver pages now carry proper autocomplete tokens, so browsers and password managers fill them correctly.
  • Address suggestions no longer get clipped when an address is wider than the dropdown.

Compliance Management

  • Vehicle Compliance has a cleaner per-vehicle view matching the driver compliance screens, with document reminders you can send and track. Find it under Compliance Management > Vehicle Compliance.
  • Drivers and maintenance contacts can upload vehicle compliance documents straight from the link in their reminder email or text — no login required.
  • Compliance document links keep working even after you make further edits to that employee’s profile, so there’s less need to send a fresh one.
  • Move a document to the correct item if it was uploaded under the wrong one, instead of having to re-request it.
  • Separate Compliance email per employee — used only for compliance messages, never sent to LimoAnywhere and never used for trip dispatch, so a driver can be contacted about compliance without receiving trip pricing details.
  • Compliance forms fill in employee details and dates automatically the first time a driver opens one.
  • Sending a compliance item to a driver now marks it as pending and includes it in automated reminders.
  • Pending Review now shows the document name for each item awaiting review.
  • Vehicle compliance now correctly recognizes a vehicle as compliant as soon as its renewed document is on file, and the vehicle profile shows its location.
  • Affiliate compliance reminders only go out for documents that are still required and have a real expiration date.
  • Document uploads across vehicle and driver compliance are smoother and more reliable, with clear confirmation on success and a plain explanation when something needs attention. Documents are listed once each, with polished date handling.

Inspection Reports (DVIR)

  • Zoom in on inspection photos to look closely at damage — scroll or pinch to zoom, drag to move around.
  • Clearer photos on many mobile devices, with faster uploads on slower connections and smoother photo capture directly from a phone.
  • Inspection Reports now open smoothly when accessed from within LimoAnywhere, matching how they already worked in AddOns.

Trip Import & Manifest Upload

  • Choose the company location trips are created under, instead of always using your default company — look for the “Import into Company / Location” option on the import preview screen when you have more than one location set up.
  • Set a Booking Contact separately from the passenger — type a name or map it from your spreadsheet, with optional phone and email, so the person who booked the trip is recorded accurately.
  • Pickup times that don’t look right are flagged before any trips are created, so they can be corrected on the spot.
  • Bulk imports keep the full pickup and drop-off address details, and airport codes written in brackets are recognised correctly.

GroundXchange & GNet

  • Dispatch contact on farmed-out trips — set a dispatch contact (name, email, phone) that shows as the Authorized Agent on trips you farm out, instead of your passenger’s details. Leave it blank to use your company contact details, or set a different contact for each of your locations.
  • Better notification emails — GroundXchange notifications now lead with what happened and what to do about it, reference the trip confirmation number, and clearly say whether the trip was coming in from an affiliate or going out to one. You now get a single notification per issue rather than a repeat each time the system retries.
  • GNet farm-out notifications explain more clearly what happened, and repeat notices about the same trip are grouped together to keep your inbox tidy. Trips farmed out over GNet reconnect on their own if the network is slow to confirm, so affiliate driver and vehicle updates keep flowing.
  • Save Changes button back at the top of the GroundXchange settings page, so you no longer have to scroll past your full account and affiliate mapping lists just to save a change.
  • Hourly trips received through GroundXchange reflect the full booked duration more consistently, trips with open-ended or note-only stops are handed off more consistently, and confirmations use the account’s current billing email from LimoAnywhere.
  • Trips sent to partner networks no longer include the pickup and drop-off points a second time as intermediate stops, so partner stop charges reflect only genuine additional stops.

Rates & Pricing

  • Service-area rates match more accurately when an airport also sits inside one of your drawn map areas — there’s a new optional setting to turn this on for your account.
  • Zone-to-Zone lists on a vehicle category now show your rules highest priority first, so the one that applies is right at the top.
  • Regions pasted in from a spreadsheet are tidied up automatically so they’re recognized consistently when rates are calculated, and the Regions screen warns you if a name is already in use by another region of the same type.
  • Flat-rate trips break out taxes and fees onto their own lines when syncing to LimoAnywhere, for a clearer charge breakdown on the reservation.
  • Hourly trip pricing is more consistent on longer itineraries, so a quote reflects the full time on the road.

Messaging & Communications

  • Start new conversations from the inbox — begin a brand new text message or email conversation directly, instead of only being able to reply to an existing one. Opening a conversation from a link, such as clicking through from an incoming call, now takes you straight to that person’s thread.
  • Driver Wake-Ups can reach your authority contact by text as well as by phone call — pick Call, Text, or Both, in the Notify Authority section of your Driver Wake-Ups settings. Wake-up reminder texts now follow the same trip-status rules as wake-up calls.
  • Undeliverable numbers are skipped automatically — we now skip text messages to phone numbers that have repeatedly been unable to receive them, so you’re not charged for messages that wouldn’t go through.
  • US numbers always include the country code, so messages reach drivers and passengers reliably even if that setting was never filled in on your account.
  • SMS Masking reliably uses the phone number you selected for the feature, and conversations connect through as expected for companies using a separate text number for driver and passenger messages.
  • Automated trip messages are no longer sent to passengers for cancelled trips.
  • Sending an email with a PDF or photo attachment from a lead now reliably includes the file.
  • Clearer, step-by-step guidance on the email domain setup page (Settings > E-Mail System Settings > Domains) to make authenticating your sending domain easier to complete on your own.

Reporting & Marketing

  • Lead Funnel grouped by Google Ads campaign — see how each campaign performs from first visit through to booking. You can also click a day’s Quotes number to jump straight to that day’s quotes.
  • New Google Analytics / Google Ads counting setting — count each vehicle separately, so a round trip counts as two, or record one sale per booking with every vehicle itemized. Find it under Settings > Marketing > Analytics. Your current reporting stays exactly as it is unless you change it.
  • More consistent conversion tracking for bookings arriving through emailed and direct quote links, with improved customer matching and correct currency for operators outside the US. Quote and checkout tracking now report the same revenue basis as the completed-booking event.
  • Airport Link usage now shows every link you send, including ones a passenger hasn’t opened yet, with a clear sent-vs-opened status.
  • Passenger Survey completion emails include the affiliate company name and the affiliate driver’s name and phone number for trips handled by an affiliate. Surveys included with your plan or Digital Marketing service are no longer billed per use.
  • Pre-Trip Confirmations sent from the Test tool now show up reliably in the Pre-Trip Confirmation report, and past confirmations that were missing from it reappear. Review links display trip details cleanly.
  • Auto Affiliate correctly leaves out trips you received from another operator, so your usage history reflects only trips you actually offered out.

Employees & Onboarding

  • ADP Payroll Export is now included in the Plus package — find it under Payroll > ADP.
  • New Plus and Black accounts start with a full year of past trips and all upcoming trips already loaded, so features like Auto-Farm and Custom Manifest work right away.
  • Smoother Employees list filtering — your “Drivers Only” or “Users Only” selection stays put when you toggle “Include Inactive Employees”, and the list loads a little quicker, most noticeably for larger teams.
  • Drop-Off Address Filters on an account now keep just the street address in the street box and fill City, State and Zip separately, so the filter lines up with your trips more reliably. The same polish applies to the driver Home Address field.
  • Access checks when saving Passenger Survey and Driver Wake-Up settings were refined, so anyone who can open those settings pages can now save them consistently.

Refinements & Fixes

We also made a number of smaller refinements for a smoother, more consistent experience:

  • Copied shuttles now generate trips based on their own dates.
  • Reservations synced from LimoAnywhere settle onto a single entry per confirmation number, and any previously listed twice tidy themselves up on the next sync.
  • Trips with an unusual pickup/dropoff time combination sync to LimoAnywhere more reliably.
  • Notes carry over to reservations with line breaks and apostrophes exactly as typed.
  • The passenger tracking map follows the driver’s phone location, and otherwise stays on the pickup address from the reservation.
  • Smoother lead-form quoting when a specific vehicle type is selected on the form.
  • A few small refinements to how newly created manifests pick up their column layout and display settings, and a small correction so the manifest editing screen’s column list displays properly again.
