New Features
Vehicle Maintenance Hub — Plus / Black
A new Maintenance Hub brings your whole fleet’s service life into one place. Set up preventive-maintenance schedules, get reminders before service is due, and see per-vehicle history and overall fleet health at a glance.
What you can do:
- Work orders now show the latest mileage and engine hours automatically when you pick a vehicle, and you can adjust them at the time of service
- See a helpful reminder right on the work order when a vehicle has upcoming or past-due scheduled service, so nothing slips through the cracks
- Tie a work order to a scheduled service item — completing it keeps that vehicle’s service schedule up to date automatically
- Turn any completed inspection into a maintenance work order with one click; the “Create Maintenance Entry” button pre-fills the vehicle, driver, completion time, defect list, and a link back to the inspection
- Auto-create an unassigned work order (due the next day) whenever a driver marks a vehicle Unsatisfactory on a daily inspection
- Export work orders to a CSV spreadsheet, and search vehicles by name or VIN when assigning maintenance
How to get started: Find it under Maintenance Hub. Black customers also get automatic reminders by email and SMS.
Time Clock Dashboard — Plus
A new Time Clock dashboard shows every employee’s hours for the pay period on one screen. Approve time in bulk, spot who’s still clocked in, and add or fix punches inline.
How to get started: Find it under Time Clock in your sidebar navigation.
Affiliate Onboarding — Plus
A new Affiliate Onboarding flow lets you share a public signup link, send invites to specific companies, review applications in a queue, and approve in one step — which creates the affiliate plus a service zone around their billing address.
Additional touches:
- The Affiliate Compliance dashboard shows a count of onboarding applications waiting for approval, with a one-click link to the review queue
- Compliance Tags can now auto-apply to affiliates by country, state, county, or vehicle category — set the rules on the tag edit screen
How to get started: Configure it under Compliance Management > Onboarding.
Mobile Affiliate Lookup — Plus
A new Mobile Affiliate Lookup tool (initially admin-only) lets you search nearby affiliates and farm trips right from your phone.
What you get:
- Each affiliate card shows network membership badges (GroundXchange, GNet, LA Net, P2P) so dispatchers can see at a glance who they can send a job to
- Tapping Call, Text, or Email also copies the value to your clipboard so you can paste it into another app
- Affiliate Search now has an “Open on phone” button that generates a QR code (or copy-link) to pop the same lookup onto your phone, carrying over any loaded trip context
How to get started: Issue per-dispatcher links from your AddOns admin Apps section. You can also open Affiliate Search from a trip by appending ?conf=XXX, ?la_trip_id=N, or ?event_id=N to prefill the pickup address and vehicle category.
Confirmation Email Builder — Plus
A new Confirmation Email Builder lets you build a ready-to-paste reservation confirmation email right inside the product.
How to get started: Find it under Confirmation & Card Capture > Build Confirmation Email.
Native Quoting Without a Rate Sheet — LQC
When quoting a vehicle whose category has no rate sheet, you can now build the price from line items (base, per-mile/hour, fees, and your custom rate items) right on the quoting screen — and set a deposit as a fixed amount or a percentage of the price.
On your booking forms, vehicles without a rate sheet now show as a “Request Quote” option instead of disappearing.
How to get started: Available in Lead Quote Close when quoting a vehicle category that has no rate sheet.
Lead Quote Close Setup Guide — LQC
A new step-by-step setup guide walks you through getting set up for quoting, with a guided tour on each page.
How to get started: Find it under the Setup tab in your Lead Quote Close menu.
GNet Setup Wizard — A La Carte
A new step-by-step GNet setup wizard makes connecting to the GNet partner network easier — it walks you through your trip status mappings, vehicle types, and affiliate sharing settings so trips flow correctly.
How to get started: Find it under Settings > System > GNet.
GroundXchange Setup Wizard — A La Carte
A new GroundXchange setup wizard guides you through every step needed to send and receive trips correctly. If your GroundXchange integration is incomplete, you’ll be taken to the wizard automatically. Already fully set up? Nothing changes.
Additional protections:
- Failure notification emails now point to the wizard and list the specific steps you still need to complete
- Final closeouts to affiliates are skipped when setup is incomplete — protecting you from sending partial rate data and underbilling
- Service Type GroundXchange mappings are now a click-to-add chip picker (no more holding CTRL to pick multiple)
Pre-Trip Confirmation Enhancements — Plus
Pre-Trip Confirmation received a round of refinements:
- Text messages now use a single link that takes passengers to a page where they can review their trip and approve it or report a change
- A new “Enable New Accounts by Default” option opts any new account synced from LimoAnywhere into pre-trip confirmations automatically
- Response pages now show your location’s phone, email, and address when a trip is assigned to a specific company location, instead of always showing the main office contact
- A new Usage report shows Email Sent / SMS Sent counts and a Channel column for each trip
Rental Agreements — All Tiers
A new Rental Agreements section under Resources lets you manage your trip terms-and-conditions templates directly from AddOns — edits push to LimoAnywhere automatically. When a customer account in LimoAnywhere has a default rental agreement set, new trips created by AddOns for that account (including GroundXchange trips) now automatically attach the agreement.
Live Daily Review (Native Payroll) — Plus
A new Live Daily Review page lets you review jobs and per-driver pay throughout the month, before running the official payroll calculation — so you can catch issues early and avoid month-end surprises.
Other payroll improvements:
- Daily Review now shows Service Type as its own column alongside Vehicle Type
- Draft and calculated payroll runs can be deleted from the dashboard (approved or exported runs cannot)
- Auto-adjustments can be scoped to a single driver and use a fixed amount instead of a percentage — useful for one-off adjustments like uniform allowances
Driver Self-Dispatch — A La Carte
Drivers can now quote, book, and dispatch their own trips directly from the mobile portal — useful for street hails, walk-ups, and any pickup that doesn’t start as an office-booked reservation.
- Pickup defaults to their GPS location (“now + 5 minutes” so the dispatch notification has time to arrive)
- Drivers can pick pickup and drop-off from the dropdown even before their phone has shared its location
- Drivers can quote and book even when their assigned vehicle’s category isn’t on the portal’s price list — the system falls back to a default category, and the driver’s fare and tip override the final amount
- Trips land in LimoAnywhere as Unassigned, so DriverAnywhere picks them up immediately
Native Inspection Reports (DVIR) — Plus
The driver inspection experience was overhauled end-to-end.
For drivers (mobile):
- Pre-trip and post-trip forms auto-fill the current vehicle when opened from DriverAnywhere
- Browser-side photo compression means submissions go through quickly even on poor mobile networks
- A new in-page camera modal works on reports configured for camera-only capture (useful in embedded WebViews where the OS file picker isn’t wired up)
- Clearer validation: the missing-questions list appears inline with auto-scroll to the first problem, a sticky Submit button stays thumb-reachable, and a clean confirmation screen returns drivers to DriverAnywhere when done
- Vehicle pickers show only active vehicles, so chauffeurs don’t scroll past retired vehicles
For dispatch and management:
- A new Inspection Reports landing page under Fleet lets you browse all reports, see recent activity, and search history by driver or vehicle
- Completed inspections display in a clean paper-form layout with photo thumbnails, signatures, and a Defects badge that jumps straight to the failed items
- The completion list shows a color-coded Defects column so dispatch can spot problem reports at a glance
- Inspection reports can be configured to require fresh camera photos (no gallery uploads) on a per-report basis
Compliance Management Hub — Plus
The Compliance Management menu now brings all your DOT and compliance tools together in one place — driver hours of service, vehicle inspections (DVIR), ELD, driver qualification files, vehicle and affiliate compliance, roadside inspections, accident register, and more.
Improvements
Booking & Lead Quote Close
- New Operator Revenue report shows your true revenue by separating out pass-through charges like gratuity. Find it under Reports; tell us which charges count as your revenue under Rate Sheets > Line Items > Revenue Classification.
- Quote Blocking report shows which online requests were held by your booking policies, and which policy applied — find it under Lead Quote Close > Reports.
- Simplify Mileage/Hours Breakdown — a Lead Quote Close option that displays a single Total Miles and Total Hours line on the customer-facing price breakdown instead of separate rows for first mile, free miles, and additional miles.
- Per-vehicle “Get a Quote” deep links — customer websites can add buttons like
?vehicle_category_id=42to deep-link into the contact form with that vehicle preselected. - ORES branding — set custom brand colors for the customer-facing booking app login pages and account portal (primary button color, link/accent color, cookie bar background) under Lead Quote Settings > Booking App tab.
- Extra stops on the booking page — your booking page now shows extra stops in the trip summary, and customers can add, change, or remove stops directly from the Edit button on the vehicle selection page.
- Round-trip in-between stops from the contact form now carry over to the return trip as well, for more accurate pricing and timing.
- Better booking error feedback — pages now show a clear inline message when a price quote fails or a category can’t be priced, returning to the vehicle list instead of an error page.
- Mobile booking portal now loads faster and scrolls more smoothly, with easier phone and card entry on phones.
- Clearer prompts — the booking page now says “Please select an account” or “Please select a payment method” instead of incorrectly asking for a credit card.
Custom Booking Portals
- Choose the Pick Up Time increments (every 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes) for each portal, and the same time picker now appears on mobile and desktop.
- The Pick Up Time field now starts blank instead of defaulting to the current time, so clients enter their own pickup time.
- Auto-select the pickup location when only one is set up, so riders have one less step.
- New option to automatically pass trips booked through a Custom Booking Portal to a chosen affiliate moments after the booking is confirmed (off by default — turn it on and pick the affiliate when editing a portal).
- Reservations created through your portals now appear under the configured Alias Company in LimoAnywhere instead of falling back to the parent company.
Booking Chatbot
- Route select enquiries to your team instead of quoting them automatically — for example large groups, weddings, stretch limousines, coaches, and charters. Turn it on under your chatbot settings with Route-to-Team Keywords, a Group Size Hand-Off Threshold, and a Team Handoff Message. Leave them blank to keep things exactly as they are today.
- More reliable conversations when you click an option or reply with a simple value — fewer “let me try again” loops, and your selected vehicle is now consistently saved on the reservation.
- Smoother flight details — if a flight number can’t be matched to live schedules, it’s kept as entered instead of asking the customer to remove it.
- Chatbot address autocomplete now respects the LimoAnywhere Geo provider setting.
Lead Forms & Lead Capture
- Short form now supports mapping Destination and Hourly submissions to specific Service Types, and lets you customize the post-submission thank-you message.
- Prompt for Login on the Contact form now opens an in-place sign-in panel instead of redirecting, keeping customers in the flow. Customers who sign in stay signed in for 30 days (was 1 hour), and returning customers are correctly recognized with a sign-out option.
- Micro form now includes “From Airport” and “To Airport” Service Type Override dropdowns, configured separately from the Contact form.
- Marketing attribution now captures UTM and ad-platform tracking parameters from the page’s referrer or parent URL, not just the form’s iframe URL — so your Lead Funnel visit counts are accurate when grouped by UTM Source, Campaign, Date, or Lead Form Config.
Marketing & Reporting
- ChatGPT ad tracking — track conversions from ChatGPT ads alongside your other ad platforms, and your Lead Funnel Ad Source breakdown now recognizes visitors arriving from ChatGPT ads. Set it up under Marketing > Analytics.
- Google Tag Manager conversion tracking is more consistent for accounts using a GTM container.
- Revenue by State report can now be filtered to a specific Company Location and/or state, with the context shown on the printed/exported view.
- Unused Affiliates report — lists affiliates who haven’t received a farmed-out trip in the last 24 months (adjustable). Find it under Reports > Affiliate Reports > Unused Affiliates.
- Simple Metrics now has a Revenue per Mile view and a vehicle filter.
- Rate Distances & Rate Metrics reports offer a fast type-ahead search to filter by billing account, and route summaries show total spend per route alongside trip counts.
- Dispatch Report can now be narrowed to show only trips heading to the airport or only trips coming from the airport.
- Account Balance report now includes Lead Quote Close charges when filtered by them, and includes charges dated on the exact end date you select.
- CrewLink Usage report now shows inbound “crew” keyword text counts alongside IVR calls.
Scheduling & Driver Management
- Recurring driver availability can now be managed like a digital calendar — mark just part of a day unavailable, add more than one availability window in a day, skip a single day, or stop it from a chosen date forward. Recurring availability shows on every day it applies to, with clearer day coloring and one time format throughout.
- Recurring weekly patterns are created directly from the calendar with a clearer day-picker and a single Save action.
- Overnight shifts adjacent to scheduled days off are now correctly trimmed at the off-day boundary.
- Employee Availability page lets you search drivers by name, filter by employee type, jump to a specific week, sort by hours scheduled, see daily coverage totals, and spot unusually long shifts.
- App Permissions — bulk-enable any app for all drivers in one click.
Driver Pay App (My Payroll)
- Trip cards now show pickup and drop-off addresses, the metric that drove the pay (hours for hourly trips, miles otherwise), the company the trip was for, and only the adjusted amount on overridden trips.
- Period-level adjustments (bonuses or deductions) appear as a separate section below the trip list, so drivers can see how the total was built.
- Tightened navigation so the app keeps drivers on the My Payroll page and never surfaces internal admin areas, regardless of the driver’s role or how they reach the page.
Employees & Users
- New ‘Sync Users with LimoAnywhere’ button pulls your system users alongside the existing driver sync, and each LimoAnywhere-linked employee has a per-person Sync button to refresh just their info.
- System Admin role is no longer auto-assigned to every LimoAnywhere user imported into your team list. New users land with the role you select under System Settings > AddOns LA > ‘Default Role for LimoAnywhere User Imports’. Anyone already granted Admin keeps it — only future syncs are affected.
- Drivers who also log into LimoAnywhere are no longer duplicated in your team list; the sync recognizes an existing match by name and updates that single record.
- For employees synced from LimoAnywhere, the edit screen shows their LimoAnywhere-managed details as read-only with a quick “open in LimoAnywhere” link.
Affiliates & Compliance
- Affiliate Search shows network membership badges (GroundXchange, GNet, LA Net, P2P) next to each affiliate, supports multi-select vehicle categories, shows approximate distance from the searched point, offers quick email/call/text buttons, and uses a faster local-hosted map.
- Affiliate compliance reminder emails now go out as one combined email per affiliate covering every document they need — affiliates upload everything from a single link with a checklist.
- Affiliate auto-deactivate/reactivate now pushes the state change to LimoAnywhere.
- The Affiliates list shows City, State, and Country columns — filter by location and bulk-apply tags to multiple affiliates at once.
- Vehicle Compliance review now shows the vehicle’s license plate, reviewers can reject submitted documents (the responsible contact is automatically notified to resubmit), and the dashboard and list now focus on your active fleet by default with a “Show Inactive Vehicles” toggle.
- Driver Compliance — renewing a document now stops reminder emails on the old version automatically, the per-item “Invalidate” button is relabeled “Remove” with clearer wording (the driver isn’t notified or asked to resubmit), and items missing a real expiry date clearly show as “Missing Expiry.”
- Compliance dashboard and affiliate compliance list pages load significantly faster for customers with hundreds or thousands of affiliates.
Bulk Import
- Group Travel mode lets you pick which passenger’s trip details (pickup, dropoff, vehicle, service type) become the merged trip.
- Rate Bucket Priority control (in the More menu) lets you reorder which rate type wins per service type; defaults are auto-derived from your LimoAnywhere pricing setup.
- Detailed line-item pricing columns — Base Rate, Gratuity, Fuel Surcharge, Admin Surcharge, and custom Misc Charges — for when you’re not using the auto rate engine.
- Handicap/wheelchair accessibility column mapping under Passenger Details.
- Hourly pricing now bills the full duration — a 5-hour Hourly/As Directed trip at $90/hr imports as 5 x $90 = $450 with matching gratuity.
- Cleanup tools — permanently delete individual imported trips or an entire batch (type DELETE to confirm; goes through a real-time progress page). Unfinished imports appear at the top so you can resume or cancel a batch if your browser closed mid-import.
- Templates updated to include all supported fields, plus an “All Supported Fields” reference example.
Custom Manifest & Reports
- New Status, Drop-Off Date, Drop-Off Time, and Trip Notes columns, plus an optional booking contact phone column.
- Automatic logo selection (manifest logo, then account, then company location, then system-wide) and a mobile-friendly card view with your brand-color accent.
- Manifest Header Color now tints the title and logo bar at the top, and the Routing column gets more room with each stop on a single row.
- Manifests now show the vehicle type from the reservation, and location filtering is more consistent.
SMS, Messaging & Communications
- SMS Masking now works with Heymarket, Textus, WinSMS, TextLine, Mobile Text Alerts, TextRequest, and two-way relay for RingCentral.
- Messaging Manager setup now guides you through connecting Telnyx, TextLine, and WinSMS.
- Phone.com SMS — pick your outbound SMS number from a dropdown of all numbers on your account.
- Podium SMS — choose a default among multiple numbers and assign different numbers to specific features.
- Inbound SMS via RingCentral now correctly triggers your inbound SMS automation rules.
Virtual Dispatcher & Airport Link
- Virtual Dispatcher plays a friendly confirmation when a caller finishes leaving a voicemail — and you can personalize that message from your Virtual Dispatcher settings.
- Airport Link now greets meet-and-greet passengers with their chauffeur’s location as soon as they share their baggage details.
Fuel & Driver Apps
- Fuel Capture — New Fuel Entry lists all active vehicles and pre-selects the driver’s currently on-duty vehicle when opened from the app.
- DriverAnywhere app tile list now shows Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections first, matching the start-of-shift / end-of-shift workflow.
- Driver Trip Portal — tap the Charge or Tip field and it clears so you can type the amount directly.
Navigation & Polish
- Sidebar menu now shows a green dot next to features you have turned on, and long feature names no longer run off the edge (hover to see the full name).
- Trip status dropdowns are sorted alphabetically.
- Error pages display as a clean centered card with Go Back and Home buttons.
- Airport selection now reuses your existing airport locations, keeping your saved address list tidy.
- Faster, more reliable bulk updates to zone-based pricing — large zone sheets import and delete smoothly even when several operations run at once.
- Driver Status app loads quickly even on accounts with thousands of employees.
- QuickBooks settings page loads much faster on accounts with many rate item mappings.
AI Chat Assistant
- The AI chat assistant now hands off to a teammate instead of inventing answers when asked about policies, amenities, deposits, or vehicle features it hasn’t been configured with.
Refinements & Fixes
We also made a large number of smaller refinements for a smoother, more consistent experience:
- Quoting — the fee breakdown on a quote now matches the charged total when a trip is below the rate sheet minimum, and a refinement to overage combined with per-mile/per-hour pricing keeps the total sent to LimoAnywhere accurate.
- Chatbot pricing now shows the same final price as your rate sheets, including all distance tiers, fees, and taxes.
- Promo code discounts now apply correctly to bookings and flow through to the reservation.
- Passenger name entered on a booking form is no longer replaced by the booking contact’s name on the resulting reservation.
- Booking forms now respect your Hourly selection even when the trip starts or ends at an airport.
- Privacy policy text on booking, login, and registration screens now displays formatted correctly when edited through the visual editor.
- Customer login flow — clicking “New Reservation” after logging in reliably returns you to the booking form you started from, even when embedded.
- Lead Funnel report now correctly totals booked revenue, trips, and Open CCC for leads that received more than one quote.
- Monthly Trip Billing Excel/CSV exports now include the complete Routing and Additional Passenger details.
- Quoted timestamp on Manage All Quotes now displays in your company’s timezone instead of UTC.
- Multi-stop quote requests from LimoAnywhere now show correct dates and times for intermediate stops.
- Trip imports to LimoAnywhere succeed more reliably when a location’s timezone can’t be resolved, when a passenger or billing contact can’t be matched, or when an airport stop lacks a recognized code.
- Pre-trip confirmation emails and SMS links now render and work correctly, honor the Send Email/SMS toggles, and reliably notify the operator when a passenger confirms or declines.
- Shuttle trips can be re-sent to LimoAnywhere if the original trip was deleted, opt-in notes now show on shuttle sign-up forms, and online shuttle bookings on dynamic routes place passengers on their assigned trip more consistently.
- Wake-Up Calls no longer place an unnecessary authority call when a driver has already replied “awake” for a trip scheduled just past midnight.
- Cancelled trips no longer send the passenger survey email.
- On-the-way / status-change messages now include passenger and driver names even when templates use short variable names.
- SMS Masking (Phone.com) — duplicate forwarded messages clear up automatically the next time you save your Phone.com SMS settings.
- GroundXchange — a range of refinements to trip resends, status updates, farm-out handling, failure logging, closeout rate mapping, FBO/tail-number trips, pickup-point notes, and partner GPS timing keep exchanges accurate and your failures report clean.
- Affiliate sync now properly links manually-added affiliates, and Auto Affiliate enabled/disabled status stays consistent with LimoAnywhere.
- Admin role no longer disappears from employees who also have the CDL Driver role after signing in from LimoAnywhere.
- Trip Portal app — drivers can open it from the DriverAnywhere menu, and it works when opened from an embed without a urltoken.
- Zone-to-zone rate sheets with an “&” in the filename now delete, clone, and export correctly.
- Schedule Availability app — drivers on phones can now scroll the form and reach the Save button.
- Inbound trips from partner networks — customer phone numbers entered without a country code now default to US format, preventing failed SMS, wake-up calls, and driver-to-passenger calls.
- Device push notifications now stay registered long-term instead of expiring at the end of the browser session.
- Mobile waiver and contract forms sign more reliably on iPhone.
- Native Payroll auto-adjustments — fixed-amount bonuses or deductions are now included in the base when percentage-based adjustments are calculated.
