LA Mobile App– Multiple operators have reported an issue with the DMA not showing all the trips in the Upcoming tab. Issue has been fixed.
ORES – There was an issue where reservations and quotes were received from customers without credit cards, even though the credit card was mandatory. This issue has now been resolved.
PWA – The operator reported an issue where reservations coming from the PWA do not have the ‘Greeting sign’ option set to Yes. The operator has set the Company Preferences —> Reservations option to Greeting sign is required, making the Greeting Sign mandatory for every reservation. This has been fixed now.
PWA – The operator reported an issue where promo codes were invalid on the PWA when date rules were applied. The issue occurred specifically with date range rules; promo codes configured to be always active were not affected. This has been resolved.
R&A – An issue was resolved in R&A, where exporting (PDF and CSV) large reports would time out.
Main Reports – When opening the Sales Revenue Report / Agent (by Pickup Date or Date Booked), not all data was displayed. This has been fixed now.
Payment Request/Card Request – The operator reported an issue where, when sending a payment request and Request a Card to a customer, Address Line 2 from the Company Information was not visible on the payment request. Address Line 2 now displays correctly on both payment requests, provided the address exists in the company information.
