Partner Connectivity
Our Partner Connectivity feature ensures your business enjoys seamless data exchange and collaboration with industry-leading platforms such as GroundXChange (GX) and GRIDD (GNet). This feature enhances interoperability, reducing operational silos and ensuring data flows smoothly across your business platforms. Simply put, this allows you to send and receive trips across different dispatch and booking systems. Improve your efficiency and ensure you’re always in sync with your partners using Limo Anywhere’s Partner Connectivity.
Activating Your Addons
In order to use Partner Connectivity, you will need to Activate Your Addons
Step 1: Access Dashboard
Look for two new icons in the upper right corner of your Limo Anywhere navigation panel. To begin activation, click on one of the icons labeled “Addons”.
Step 2: Activate Your Free Addons
Upon clicking, you will see a modal titled “Activate Your Free Addons Modules”. This modal provides information about the free addons you are about to activate:
- Manifest Upload
- Vehicle Maintenance Management
- Incident Management
You will be informed that activation takes a few minutes to complete. Please review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can choose to cancel or click “Request Activation” to proceed.
Step 3: Activation Status
After requesting activation, you’ll be directed to a new screen indicating your addons are pending activation. You can refresh this page to check the status of your activation. Feel free to navigate away and return at any time by clicking on the addons icon again.
Post Successful Activation
Once activated, you will gain access to a dashboard showcasing your current addons and the additional features available by upgrading to LA Plus and LA Black. Administrators can upgrade directly from this dashboard.
Adding Partner Connectivity
- Click on the Addons tab
- Click on the ADD icon next to Partner Connectivity
- This step will require you to add a credit card on file for the per trip costs that are involved with sending via the connecting system.
- Agree to the Terms for using Partner Connectivity
- You will then have access to the Partner Connectivity Settings
