Exciting New Features: Streamlined Payment Processing for ORES & PWA
This release introduces automatic credit card authorization and capture capabilities, enhancing your booking process and improving cash flow.
Auto Payments for ORES & PWA Reservations
Operators can now enable automatic credit card authorization or authorization and capture when reservations are booked through ORES or PWA. This feature streamlines your payment process, reducing manual work and ensuring prompt payment collection.
Early Adopter Program: This feature is currently available for opt-in early adopters. To become an early adopter and gain access to this exciting new functionality, simply contact our support team by phone or email.
How It Works
To take advantage of this new feature, ensure your system meets these prerequisites:
- Set “Auto Accept New Reservations” to “Yes” in My Office -> Company Settings -> Online Reservations -> ORES & Mobile -> Rules.
- Enable “Calculate and Display Pricing to Customers” in My Office -> Company Settings -> Online Reservations -> ORES & Mobile.
Once these are set, you’ll find a new “Enable Auto Payments” setting with three options:
- Yes, Authorization Only
- Yes, Authorize & Capture
- No
Key Points:
- “Authorization Only” will fully authorize the reservation amount (or as per your company preferences).
- “Authorize & Capture” will automatically charge the total amount for ORES reservations.
- If no pricing is returned, the auto pay setting will be ignored.
- This setting works independently for different company aliases.
- Auto Pay is currently not supported for Stripe gateways on PWA reservations.
Bug Fixes
We’ve resolved an issue that prevented users from configuring scheduled SMS messaging to send x days past the invoice due date. You can now set up these reminders without encountering error messages.

We’ve updated our airline database to include:
- Airline Code ‘2T’ is now connected to “BermudAir”
- Added Alajnihah Airways:
- ICAO Code: ANH
- IATA Code: 2T
- Base Airport: Tripoli International Airport
- Country: Libya
