Limo Anywhere Plus Quick Start Guide

Before diving into the extensive features of Limo Anywhere Plus, it’s crucial to set up your system correctly. Follow these detailed steps to ensure a smooth start:

Verify and Update Localization Settings

• Navigate to the Addons icon and click Settings in the menu.
• Under the General tab, find the Localization section and set up:
  1. Currency symbol
  2. Currency name
  3. Currency code
• Under Date & Times, set up:
  1. Time Zone

Setup Phone Number

• Navigate to the Addons icon and click Settings in the menu.
• Under the General tab in the General System settings section, verify your phone number is correct in the text field. If it is not, update it.
  1. Run the phone number verification process by clicking the Verify Phone Number button. You will receive a phone call and a code will be provided to enter into the system. Once this is done, your phone number is verified. This needs to be a direct phone call. There cannot be any automated greeting; the user needs to be able to directly answer the call before the greeting.

Set Daily Trip Sync Times

• Navigate to the Addons icon and click Settings in the menu.
• Set the Daily Limo Anywhere Trip Sync time (choose when your daily trips are finalized).

Verify Chauffeurs

• Edit each driver in Limo Anywhere Company Resources.
• Verify addresses and phone numbers are correct.
• Go to Addons → Resources → Employees and click Sync from Limo Anywhere.
• Edit each driver by clicking the cog icon and verify their settings are correct.

Verify Vehicles

• Navigate to Addons → Resources → Vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicles are synced from the LA System (if not listed, click Sync).
• Set the location for each vehicle (stored at a garage or with a driver).

Add and Verify Domain (for outgoing emails, surveys, LQC)

1. In Addons Settings, click the Domains tab.
2. Add your domain if not listed.
3. Click the cog icon for DNS settings (CNAME).
4. Enter these settings in your domain settings.
5. Click the Validate Domain button once changes are complete. This process may take up to 48 hours.

By completing these steps, you’ll have the essential prerequisites in place to start using Limo Anywhere Plus effectively. This setup ensures that your system is properly configured for your specific business needs and enables you to take full advantage of the advanced features offered by these tiers.
