The Company Alias Module allows you to operate under multiple names with a single subscription to Limo Anywhere. It also allows the tracking of reservations by their source, processing payments using different payment gateways, and running reports for each alias. The typical use case is where an operator may service different client types. For example, an operator may service corporate customers under the name ‘ABC Corporate Transportation’ and retail clients under the name ‘XYZ Limousine’. Based on the channel for the account/trip, the client will see the appropriate company information on documents sent to them.
The cost of the Company Alias module is $59.00 per month for unlimited Aliases with the Core package. With the Plus package, you get one free Company Alias included with the package, but to have unlimited Aliases it will cost $59.00 per month. With the Black package, you have unlimited Aliases included with the package with no extra charges. To add the Company Alias module to your account, contact our Billing department at billing@limoanywhere.com or by dialing their direct line 972-701-8887 opt. 3.
It is highly recommended to utilize a separate Limo Anywhere subscription if the same resources are not being shared between the two companies. For example, an operator may have two locations in the same area where fleet and driver are used for both. In this case, using the company alias and operating out of the same system is acceptable. If an operator has a location that does not share resources, for example, Chicago and Dallas, you would want to get a subscription for each location as they essentially operate as their own entity for management purposes.
Adding a Company Alias
Note: When creating a Company Alias, you may sometimes encounter an Internal Server Error when trying to save. What this means is that there is already a user present within LA that has the same Alias created in their system.
This same error can occur if you do not have the full Website URL entered when creating the Alias. If you only put in www.limoanywhere.com for example, you may encounter this error, so it is always advised to type out the entire Website URL including https:// or http://.
